TickerNote collects the following personal information to provide the service. [Upon Registration] · Email address (required) · Nickname (required) · Password (stored encrypted, non-reversible) [When Using Google Social Login] · Email address of Google account · Name of Google account [Automatically Collected During Service Use] · Favorites list · Written comments and voting history [For Paid Subscriptions] · Payment processing is handled by Paddle; TickerNote does not directly collect or store card information. · Subscription status, subscription ID, and customer ID transmitted from Paddle are stored.
Collected personal information is used only for the following purposes: ① Member identification and authentication ② Service provision (AI analysis, favorites sync, etc.) ③ Provision and management of paid subscription services ④ Service improvement and error handling ⑤ Delivery of important notices (service changes, outage notifications, etc.) Personal information is not used for marketing emails or third-party advertising.
① Retained until membership withdrawal. ② Personal information is immediately deleted upon membership withdrawal request. However, if separate retention is required by applicable law, it will be retained for the legally required period and then deleted. ③ Transaction records pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are retained for 5 years.
TickerNote does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent. Exceptions include: ① When required by law or requested by investigative authorities pursuant to procedures and methods prescribed by law ② Consignment processing essential to service provision (Supabase database, Paddle payment processing)
The following companies are entrusted with personal information processing for service provision. · Supabase Inc. — Database storage and management Stored data: member information, favorites, comments · Paddle.com Market Limited — Payment processing Stored data: subscription status, payment information (card information is stored only by Paddle) The entrusted companies comply with international personal information protection standards such as GDPR.
Users may exercise the following rights at any time: ① Request to access personal information ② Request to correct personal information (nickname can be changed directly within the service) ③ Request to delete personal information and withdraw membership ④ Request to suspend personal information processing These requests can be processed by emailing stockhelp1122@gmail.com.
TickerNote takes the following measures to protect personal information: ① One-way bcrypt encryption storage of passwords ② Data transmission encryption via HTTPS ③ Data access restriction via Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) ④ NextAuth.js JWT-based session management
① NextAuth.js session cookies are used to maintain login status. ② Some UI settings such as dark mode preferences and recent search history are stored in the browser's local storage. ③ External advertising cookies or tracking cookies are not used.
If the privacy policy is changed, notice will be provided at least 7 days in advance via in-service announcements or email. The updated policy will take effect 7 days after the notice date.
