Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

A full refund is available if you request within 7 days of subscribing and have used the service fewer than 10 times. For refund inquiries, contact us anytime at stockhelp1122@gmail.com.

Eligible Conditions for Refund

A refund may be requested if all of the following conditions are met: ① Within 7 days from the subscription start date ② Fewer than 10 uses of the service (based on AI analysis) ③ Pro features could not be used normally due to a serious technical defect in the service A full refund is available if all of the above conditions are satisfied.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not available in the following cases: ① More than 7 days have passed since the subscription start date ② Simple change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service (no technical defect) ③ AI analysis has been used 10 or more times ④ Refund request submitted after the subscription period has expired ⑤ Service unavailability due to account restriction or suspension by the user

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email with the following information: Send to: stockhelp1122@gmail.com Subject: [Refund Request] Your Email Address Please include: · Registered email address · Subscription start date · Reason for refund request We will review your request and respond within 3 business days of receipt.

Refund Processing Period

After refund approval, the following time may be required for the amount to be returned: · Credit card: 3–5 business days · Debit card: 3–5 business days Refunds are processed through Paddle, and processing times may vary by card issuer.

Difference Between Cancellation and Refund

Subscription cancellation and a refund are different. [Subscription Cancellation] · Available at any time · Pro features remain available until the end of the currently paid period after cancellation · Service ends without a refund [Refund] · The paid amount is returned to you · Pro features are suspended immediately upon refund approval · Must meet the eligible refund conditions listed above Subscription cancellation can be done through the Paddle subscription management page or by contacting us via email.

Partial Refund

In principle, partial refunds are not provided. However, if a service outage attributable to the Company continues for 7 days or more, a partial refund proportional to the outage period may be considered.

Policy Changes

The refund policy may be updated depending on service operations. If changed, at least 7 days' advance notice will be provided via in-service announcements or email. The policy in effect at the time of subscription applies to that subscription period.
